When we use the following terms "we", “us” or “our” we refer to HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD, and when we use “you”, “your” or “person” we refer to the person buying products from this website.

These terms & conditions will apply to any contract for the sale of products from us to you. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering products from our website.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions. All changes are effective as and when they are published on our site. We advise that you read these terms & conditions before shopping with us.

All trademarks, logos, images and content remain the property of HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD and/or its partners, licensors or suppliers. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate or manipulate any of the content and/or images without the explicit consent of HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD.

All content displayed on this website is provided in good faith and without warranty. Although every effort has been made to ensure product prices, descriptions and details are correct, they are for guidance only and not binding. Again, every effort has been made to ensure that the colour and design of the product appears as accurately as possible, however the actual colour you will see can vary depending on your computer/mobile device. We recommend that you purchase a sample prior to placing an order.

Any links from this site are for convenience purposes only and should not be deemed as an endorsement for the products or services therewith. HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage arising from the use of the information contained within this site or in any linked sites (viruses, bugs etc...).

Terms Of Sale

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order with HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD you must be over 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and possess a valid credit card, debit card or PayPal account acceptable to us. Please be aware that your card will be debited immediately at the end of the checkout process.

Due to the quick turnaround time both in our warehouse and picking line, once an order has been confirmed we are unable to make changes or cancel an order that has already been dispatched. You may still contact us; to cancel your order if we have not already confirmed or picked your order, if you need to update your delivery address, if you would like to include additional items from the same batch.

Before placing an order, please ensure to either consult your decorator as to the number of wallpaper rolls required or purchase a sufficient number of wallpaper rolls to complete your job as we cannot guarantee the same batch and/or future stocks available. The wallpaper calculator is only an estimate to calculate the number of wallpaper rolls required and in no way guarantees the exact number of rolls required to complete your job.

When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This is an order acknowledgement and does not indicate that a contract between us exists. A contract will be formed and effective when your order has been shipped to you. Full payment is required before an order can be placed and the contract is formed. HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies.

All stocks are subject to availability If a product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will contact you to seek further instruction. Please note that any delivery dates given are an estimate only and do not constitute a contractual obligation by HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD to supply goods by a certain date. We advise that you book a decorator only once you receive the goods.

Please note that certain items included in the current sale such as Laura Ashley items may be exempt from additional discounts applied through the use of discount codes. These specific items have been excluded from further discount eligibility as part of the terms and conditions of the sale. We kindly ask to review the product descriptions or contact our customer support team for further clarification on which items are exempt from additional discounts. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Returns & Refunds

Returns of unopened and resalable items are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding special order products. Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the postage costs incurred for any items being returned. The goods will be deemed returned when received by HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD. Returns for any other reason (e.g., products are defective) will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. This will be done within a reasonable period of time (usually 14 days) and we will inform you of our decision.

If the product is faulty or defective, a full replacement will be made at no charge or a full refund will be issued. It is important that you keep all product labels and we advise that all rolls are inspected for faults before hanging as a refund/replacement cannot be issued once the product has been hung. HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD shall not be liable for any decorators’ costs. In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send back the product outlining the fault along with all necessary product labels. We again emphasise that you check all wallpaper products for faults before hanging and keep all product labels until you finish decorating.

The majority of wallpapers printed in Europe are packed backwards so you must check the direction of the design before hanging. No claims for this will be accepted. All plain wallpapers must be hung in the same direction unless otherwise stated. A reversely hung sheet may look different in shade compared to the other sheets. It is not possible for sheets from the same roll to have different shades. Again, no claims for this will be accepted. For tips and advice head over to our Helpful Page on wallpaper hanging below.

Our Liability

We recommend that you check the products for defects or discrepancies as soon as possible. If you find a defect or discrepancy in the products, or suffer loss or damage, you should then take reasonable steps to minimise this. For example, if you should find the wallpaper does not look like the wallpaper you had ordered or if you cannot figure out how to match etc., you should stop and contact us about the problem and not carry on papering your walls. It is important that you keep all product labels. HOME IMAGE DIRECT LTD shall not be liable for any decorators’ costs

We will not be liable to you or any other user of our website for any loss or damage, whether in contract (including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise), even if foreseeable in connection with the use of this website.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. On this basis, you agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Some of the products we sell to you may come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the products. If you are a consumer, a manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
